Data we use
NameScroller processes account email, authentication records, business descriptions, generated names, naming briefs, purchase metadata, and limited technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Payments
Payment providers process payment credentials. NameScroller does not store raw card numbers. We retain transaction identifiers, amount, currency, status, and timestamps for fulfillment and records.
Analytics
Product analytics must not contain email addresses, raw business descriptions, generated names, naming-brief text, reset tokens, or payment credentials.
Advertising and cookies
NameScroller displays ads served by Google, a third-party vendor. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, ads are served subject to applicable consent requirements.
Retention and requests
Records are kept only as needed for service delivery, security, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the published support channel, subject to records we must retain.
